Welcome- Introductions
Attendees: Launi Evans, Sheri Hansen, Julie Lagasse, Kathy Christiansen, Teri Rhodes, Hannah Hartzell
Trustland updates
- Discussed School Plan 2022-2023 - Cache ALT High School
- No VISTA this year - hired ParaProfessional in place of VISTA to help with variety of tasks
- All members voted to approve the updates on the School Plan 2022-2023
Cache High updates
- Adding a afternoon ISO (in school option) session
- Creating own packet system for credit recovery
- Adult Education has had several graduates already
- Students attended state fair for FFA on 9/13/2022

- Approval of minutes
- Approval of rules of the order
Counseling review
- The counseling review was very successful. Project AWARE grant is coming to an end within the next year or so. Hoping to get more funding from the district/state for AWARE counselors.
Review red ribbon week
- Red ribbon week was successful, a lot of great resources provided to students on living drug free.
STAR 360 testing
- Testing in reading and math three times a year to gauge student improvement.
- Average for Cache High reading was 7th grade 4th month and 7th grade 7th month for math. STAR 360 funds Cache High’s reading program.

- Approval of minutes
Positive Behavior Plan
- Review of Cache High positive behavior plan (PBP) for 2022-2023
- Discussion on PBP programs, cubs, service opportunities, and prosocial activities. 6th hour art therapy art club will continue until the end of the year with funding from YIC.
Other comments/concerns
- Discussion on how the hiring process of Cache School District superintendent will go. About a 5-month process.

Positive Behavior Plan
- discussed and draft of plan was provided to attendees.
Mid-year test results
- examined, with names of students blacked out.
- Overall averages are showing school-wide improvement in both Reading and Math
No other items were discussed
Next meeting will be held March 8 to discuss the School Trustland plan.

All SCC members were provided with a copy of the plan to look at prior to the meeting.
Those who wanted to discuss or ask questions were invited to attend the meeting.
Those who were ready to sign were able to do that digitally.
All members except one had signed by the end of the day.
